When you place an order through our web site you will receive an email confirmation of your order with your order ID.

A second email will follow with a confirmation of your delivery date (check junk folder)

WE WILL ATTEMPT DELIVERIES BETWEEN 08.00 AND 20.00  6 DAYS PER WEEK (MONDAY - SATURDAY)

WE WILL CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO DELIVERY.  ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE FRESH, SO DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE IS IMPORTANT AS WE WILL NOT LEAVE PRODUCE WITH NEIGHBOURS OR OUTSIDE YOUR ADDRESSES.

WE WILL MAKE DELIVERIES USING OUR OWN FLEET OF CHILLED VANS OR WE WILL USE A SPECIALIST COURIER.

DELIVERIES ARE TO NORTH AND SOUTH LANARKSHIRE ADDRESSES.

WE DO NOT DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO N. IRELAND, the CHANNEL ISLANDS OR SCOTTISH ISLANDS.

Packaging
Polystyrene cool boxes are packed with gel ice to ensure your delivery is kept cool for up to 48hours after dispatch. We endeavor to deliver within 12hrs of dispatch giving you reassurance of freshness at all times.
The polystyrene box is leak proof and offer durability for the delivery of your goods. Our ice packs are made with a water based gel, which is frozen and packed with your food order.
